TAGOMAT® HAS GONE LIVE AT HAUGESUND AIRPORT NORWAY

Haugesund Airport Norway are using Tagomat® as part of their self service strategy.

Haugesund Airport, NorwegianHaugesund lufthavn IATAHAUis an international airport serving the Haugesund region in Norway. It is located on the Hauganes peninsula on the island of Karmøy in the municipality of KarmøyRogaland county, Norway. The airport features a 2,120-meter (6,960 ft) runway aligned 13/31.  The airport had about 630,000 passengers in 2018. 

In 2017, the Norwegian Ministry of Transport decided that Haugesund Airport should be outsourced as a service concession for 20 years.  The private company Lufthavndrift AS was awarded the concession and took over the operation of the airport on 12 May 2019.

Haugesund has national and international routes, operated by, among others, SAS, Norwegian, Ryanair and WizzAir as well as a number of charter companies.

The Tagomat® are installed inside the terminal building giving passengers already checked-in, bag tags in less than 9 seconds.
