We discuss how Off-Airport strategy combined with self-service solutions at the airport benefits all stakeholders in the travelling value chain (Airport, Airline and Passenger)

The Off-Airport strategy enables passengers to check-in and self-tag their baggage at locations such as train stations, hotels and parking lots before arriving at the airport. On arrival at the terminal, passengers can then go straight to a self-service bag-drop point. The solution is developed to enhance the passenger experience, enabling the travelers to arrive at the airport "ready to go".
