WIZZAIR’S FIRST INTEGRATION WITH TAGOMAT® AND BAGOMAT®LIVE AT TORP SANDEFJORD AIRPORT

We are happy to announce that passengers travelling with Wizzair from Torp Sandefjord Airport can enjoy a seamless travel experience using our quick and easy Tagomat® and Bagomat® self-service solution.

Sandefjord Airport, Torp; IATA: TRFis an international airport located 110 kilometers south of Oslo. The airport features a 2,989-meter runway aligned 18/36. Torp partially serves as a regional airport for Vestfold and in part as a low-cost airport for Eastern Norway and the capital, Oslo.  The airport served 2 082 116 passengers in 2018.

The passengers travelling from TRF will benefit from numerous Tagomat® and Bagomat® units installed at the airport.  After only a few days of operation we see that the majority of Wizzair’s passengers prefer to use our self-service products. 

The passengers will benefit from the Tagomat®, allowing passengers to simply scan their boarding pass per tag they need, reducing process time per tag to less than 10 seconds.  After tagging their bag passengers proceed to the Bagomat® units and can experience the quick and easy bag drop from BBC, with an average processing time of only 6 seconds per bag. The combination of both units is part of a future travel experience delivered today by BBC.
